Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
